Welcome to Pig (the “Game”), published by Hog Wild Studios ("we", "our", "us"). Your privacy—and especially children’s privacy—is very important to us. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you (or your parent/guardian) have.
1 Who can use the Game
- The Game is designed for players aged 9 and above.
- On first launch we ask every player to enter their month and year of birth (“Age Check”).
- Under 16 or players who skip the Age Check are treated as Children.
- 16 and older are treated as Adults.

3 How we use the data
- Operate & secure the Game (crash diagnostics, anti‑fraud).
- Show advertising:
- Children → context‑only, G‑rated ads.
- Adults → personalised ads unless they opt out.
- Improve gameplay & in‑game shop by analysing aggregated statistics and training a single recommendation model that is delivered to all players.
We rely on:
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6 (1)(f)) for adult analytics and advertising.
- Parental consent not required for children’s analytics because we fall under COPPA’s “support for internal operations” exception (no IDs transmitted).
4 Advertising & third‑party partners
We use Google AdMob Mediation with only Google‑Play Families‑certified ad networks (e.g. Google Ads, Unity Ads, Kidoz). Partners receive:
- Children → content context & country, not a persistent identifier.
- Adults → AAID, device model, coarse location.
No other sharing or sale occurs.
5 Opt‑out & controls

Menu › Settings › Privacy › “Collect stats” toggle. Disables UUID upload and personalised ads.
Reset Age / Correct mistake
Menu › Settings › Privacy › “Change age”.
Delete my data
Menu › Settings › Privacy › “Erase my data”.
EEA/UK objection
Toggle above or email us referencing GDPR Art 21.
California Do Not Sell/Share
Not applicable – we do not sell or share personal data.
6 Data retention
- Age Check raw input → stored only locally.
- Gameplay UUID & events (Adults) → max 90 days, then aggregated and UUID deleted.
- Crash logs → 90 days.
7 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version in the Game and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will prompt an in‑app notice.
